An updated design of one of my characters, brought to life by my friend

The newest approach to Pyrzues’ design goes well along with the general ambience of the realm of ‘Beneath’ present in my canon of the 13th Epoch. Living faithless and deprived of the light of day, the daemons of Beneath (not to be confused with demons) embody the mysteries that lie beyond the mortal veil. Unlike popular belief and widespread doctrine, the daemons are not inherently evil and do not seek the destruction or corruption of the world in the literal sense.
They frequently appear during the absence of light or when the faith in it starts to crack. They are known to not be violent to the observer, nor they produce any kind of detrimental sound. They are capable of a whispering speech yet generally choose to go mute.
Sometimes a person or entire families go missing without a trace after an encounter with one of these ‘avoidlings’, as they are called. There is no telling where these people go or if they continue to exist in some shape or form afterwards, for due to the tight doctrine of the surface world, the question remains a mystery.
