Slapping down my oc. I made her for fun, also cause Splinter is lacking in friends. His only friends is April but she's more like a pseudo daughter, Casey (sorta??) (but she's more of a kind of mentee), and begrudgingly Baron Draxum(they have a lot to work through still LOL).



She's Sunita's older aunt, Avani, who under the Hidden City's council back in the day was put on bodyguard watch for Lou Jitsu because there was chatter that Big Mama was targeting him for her Battle Nexus. They didn't want her kidnapping humans and drawing attention to Yokai, so she was put to be hired as a fight choreographer and stunt actor. She was in a few of his movies, but only really starred in one as a big bad guy he took down.

Besides her undercover work, she really was friends with him and felt awful that she didn't stop Big Mama in time before she kidnapped him. (no one knew what Big Mama's human form looked like back then, so she had to look closely at every person that dated Lou.).

She ends up discovering too late that Baron Draxum broke him out of the Battle Nexus and by the time she went to try and save him he already ran off with his future kids.

At some point between s1 and s2 Sunita brings her aunt with her to the boy's lair after she watched a movie night of lou jitsu films them and april wanted her to see, and saw her aunt in one of them as the bad guy. They thought their dad needed more friends and set up for her aunt to come over without actually revealing the two knew each other. (He wouldn't recognize her in her Yokai form, she definitely does not know he's a mutant rat)
