This is a... little composite fractal artwork I did in the past few days. It consists of a total of five fractals, each rendered separately (and transparent) and put together in GIMP on an even-black background. The first of it's kind done by me, and I think I'll try to continue this. It's ratehr difficult, though, because it's a bti ahrder to get "matching" fractals with this method, because if they don't fit (in whichever way), I have to re-render that part.
Did this as some sort of rememberance-thingy. Because of a sudden death to someone I didn't really know myself, but a bunch of other people, as I noticed. So, yea, I wanted to make something like this after several months of doing... nothing.
Big happenings bring you back to your work, don't they?
(you should view it in "Download", because cropped like this, it looks horrible)
Versions: 2.09 and 7X 2010 / GIMP 2.6.8
