More like a Synchronization error caused by improperly defined threads, which were locking independent objects instead of locking the dependent object (the cook), caused by a flawed object model in the Python recipe.
Next time you want your recipe to be truly thread safe with extra synchronization safeguards, consider writing the recipe in Ada, not Python.
