Actually drew this yesterday, just forgot to upload it here last night.

So with all the twintail Rps I actually seem to have the least twintails now for the Rps (very weird!) so I desided to work on this. Parts of the sketch I don't like but as a whole I think I will like this character once I figure out anything about him. XD

Also... its kinda more messy then most of the sketches I put here cause... I'm lazy and didn't wanna work on it more.
