Quite a lot of dolphins in the Stregaverse can open their jaws wide enough to swallow a whole human. A fair number are flexible enough to swallow even a dolphin their own size. (A drawback of being perfectly streamlined is being also perfectly shaped to be swallowed easily.) The tail may hang out for a while, but only until digestion makes room further down.

Really nice to see your dolphins in action again. It is always a pleasure to see them.
Those who are not so stretchy in the throat department but elsewhere can probably get their friendly neighbourhood shark or orca to deal with pestering dolphins.

There’s always someone big enough to deal with an asshole. Places like Friendly Beach are self-policing, if an animal makes enough trouble that it may impact the other animal’s fun, that animal eventually ends up inside someone. The only reason Clever Boy didn’t get eaten is that by the time he was caught eating people he had a reputation for wanting to fuck them and sort of started up his own Friendly Beach as a result. People at Tame Camp tolerate the Very Friendly Cheetah’s antics for the same sort of reason, she likes to eat people but she fucks a lot of them too.
I would say that was a bit much, but with the otter rejecting him, along with who knows how many others, he already knew that his pickup line was offensive. A little kindness goes a long way you know, along with respecting people's boundaries. Oh well, it will be a life lesson for everyone who saw his fate, and at least she got a meal out of it. And honestly, I would have misinterpreted the lines meaning anyway, and would have replied with, "Oh sorry, I'm not hungry." and swam away.
