One of my original dragon species I made as a kid, wanted to redraw what one of them would look like now.

They are much bigger than a human and scoop up large fish with their unique looking mouth. They can also eat larger creatures in water and other animals on land although they prefer fish over everything. They can also use their "tusks" for display/mating purposes such as males having longer more elaborate looking ones to show off while females usually have shorter stronger ones for dominance fights with others of any gender in the species (Although it is rarer for males to use their tusks for fighting than females), and neither uses them to stab prey (intentionally at least).
