I can mostly follow the mindsets of the main characters (except Sheogorath; not a clue what goes on in his mind). Episode #19 I have read over, and over, trying to comprehend how the curse affects people's thought processes, but my slow brain still isn't getting it. All I've been able to figure is that the curse makes them want to stay in character, and if they resist then the curse makes them want to be in character even more so, which sounds like a lose/lose situation.
Why people in the vicinity become afflicted by the curse is something I don't understand, and in particular how the Dragonborn knew of a way to take advantage of that. Smart move though, I'll certainly grant him that.
Anyway, it's tremendously fun to read, so I'm not complaining.

Remember, if he gives in and willingly acts like the character, he can control just what is said. It is when he resists and tries to act like himself (his old self, that is) that the character kind of goes on autopilot and takes over.
So here, the Dragonborn's scorn is apparently within the contraints of Lifts-Her-Tail's personality, which makes sense. She wouldn't want to be out-slutted, after all!

Wouldn't be the first time his meddling with mortals has come back to bite him.
Also, there's the whole "Alduin" situation that he's probably more concerned about than he lets on - after all, if Alduin wins, there won't be any more mortals to mess with. Not a happy fate for the Prince of Madness.

Alas my insatiable lust for blood draws me to thine yonder male form. Yet here to the shadows I must cling. Averting the brutal sunlight from my pale, vampiric skin. Oh but I can't stay away. Ahh! The sunlight burns. Yet the pain is so exhilarating. No! The sunlight burns so good! Sizzling this tender porcelain flesh into ash! Look how it burns against my ass and tits. Ooh! I sure hope that a young handsome villager doesn't rub Gaelic on my scalded vampire body. Stripping me down to more fully torture me with that garlicky pain!!!!
In the penultimate panels the Dragonborn spoke out of character as the lusty Argonian Maid. This is interesting, or the intense situations make his will prevail over his curse, or worse, it was so in sync with his archetype that he was no longer the Dragonborn but the Lusty Argonian Maid and the curse is affecting him every time plus
Actually its already been established that as long as what he is saying is in character with Lifts-Her-Tail, his words come out just as intended. It just so happens to be that Lifts is just as sadistic as DB when it comes to taunting defeated foes so no changes to his intended words are made.
(Plus I think talking to a fellow maid rather then someone she feels she needs to be deferential towards helps. Lifts tends to be super flowery with people who she feels are above her... But a fellow maid she can just grind into the dirt.)

I see.
I thought it was something more creepy like the downgrading of the Dragonborn's original personality by forcing her interactions as the Handmaiden was settling in and she was acting more like her naturally, like her old self was disappearing.
I would think that he wanted to find a cure for her curse, but it seems that he is enjoying it more and more and feels more comfortable as the Argonian Maiden than as himself (or herself).
Now that I think about it, if he begins to have some control, he may find a new fighting style based on housework and thus be able to defend himself.
But, this is also a comedy and I shouldn't look too serious for it either.

Ya I think you might be over thinking it just a little. The Dragonborn used this same trick when he transformed the bandit in the first place, he's just aligned with Lifts in terms of dunking on this foot-fetish-maid.
The internal head shifts is how you know the two are merging personality. I imagine if they find a middle ground or one fully absorbs the other, it will probably be shown with the two versions of the head being combined in a less 'one or the other' way and more like... The dragonborns wearing lifts headdress or Lifts wearing the Dragonborn's helmet. Something where its clear one has settled into the role of the other rather then wrestling for control and dominance.
But that's just a theory... A PORN-COMEDY THEO-
*dies of cringe*

Interesting usually even when the dragon born adjusts their speech to be more in character it still gets changed around, but their parting words to "footstool" were untranslated despite it being less like the prim and proper maid we have seen.
Could it be that the two sides of their personality are starting to for lack of a better term unify?
Like a later page will have a sort of meeting in their mind between the two of the where they decide they work better together.

Heh fair ya no I figured. Like hey, if it was a legit fetish thing for ya, no judgements, but makes sense its meant to really hammer home a specifically humiliating and degrading sub fetish as a punishment. Heh
I mean you KNOW I love the end result, but like, legit, your face work (both in this and in Out of Placers) is really good! I think ALLOT of comedy and even drama works so much better in comic form if you can really master a good exaggerated and super readable face! It might be a little cartoon-y, but hardcore realism is dull and limits the unique power comic art has as a medium!

Could the curse affect beings besides the usual people of the elder scrolls universe? The only requirement I remember was that it twists you based on your prejudices and preconceptions, so anything decently sentient might work, like Giants or a weak enough Dragon, or a spriggan.
Or could the curse affect simpler creatures like a saber cat or a troll?

Considering it was laid by a Daedric Prince, it's probably at least capable of afflicting anything that's inherent to Nirn. So giants and spriggans, yes. Not so sure about dragons, as they're kind-of-sort-of a manifestation of Akatosh and the Daedra tend to avoid directly provoking the Divines.
this sounds too beneficial to actually happen but kinda want the curse to turn into a male lilmothiit and i become Foxxy's mate and we just try to yiff everyone and we yiff each other enough to bring the lilmothiit's back from extinction but it just a race of horny yiff demon's, yiff. that chaotic enough Sheogorath? if i gota be a frue fox and bottom for all the guys ill that solong as i get to yiff the girls too yiff yiff X3
Haven't been on this site in years, saw a meme about "The Lusty Argonian Maid" and found this comic series when I typed it into Google. I have literally not laughed this hard in years. Thanks for the laugh, I really needed it.
Also, I predict that by the end of this either the curse will spread so far that the heroes will literally be able to bury the dragons in weirdos changed by the curse. Or the dragons will be turned by the curse...
Maybe... into...
...Nords...
...hmm... Well there's an idea.
Anyways, thank you for the comic strip, it is really fantastic, and I hope you have a wonderful day.
