This comic is a metaphor
A long time coming comic exploring both mine and Zeydaan's gender identity through the years, and the various figures that have helped me on my journey.
Starting out with a very 'male' identity, not much challenging that, and no reason to look deeper, I didn't even at the time think about transforming into more feminine/female characters.
The first to chip something away was
Redflare500's Charlotte, a lovely feminine character marking the first non male character i had wanted to become- so much so, it lead to a later character of my own.
Second being Akko and little witch academia, introduced to me also by Charlotte, the show that further increased my liking for femme aesthetics and was my first non-male cosplay. The effect of it also permanently changing Zeydaan's designs from a harsher set to the more pastel-muted colour scheme I still use today.
Isabella, my lovely 'drag-on' going from a one off spin off of charlotte to an original part of my universe so much, she is a permanent part of Zeydaan's identity. Also later being the first character I started wearing padding / definitive female clothing for. Not showing here is
K9Lupus for the first true introspective Isabella tf I got, that REALLY started to help me question my gender identity big time
TheTransformistress and JimSterling (as well as people like Hbomberguy,
Clowitty and
Fiona-sapphire helping to basically be my education into transitioning, gender non-conformity and putting to words feelings I may have had in the past and bringing to light issues I would have to deal with going forwards and what sort of people would target me if I were to veer from conformity- but also how much of a loving and accepting culture there is online.
Grey was another significant stepping stone, being one of the first non-anthro characters I dreamed of becoming, which presented a hurdle when trying to mimic her aesthetic irl- but it was something I pulled off, and have done now several times. And as a result, people in real life have been complimenting and accepting.
And we finally come to Nia- who in a view I think some do see in the Xenoblade community is very much a trans allegory, my favourite character in 2 and 3, and a surprise to none that know me, likely my favourite character in general. If there was anyone that I'd describe as single-handedly destroying my gender identity, it'd be Nia. Also, the outfit gives me euphoria like nothing else, and I look forward to showing all of you what I look like not only with it + fursuit, but in full on Nia cosplay.
Long story short, both myself and Zeydaan/Isabella are enby/femme leaning and very much proud of it.
Thank you to all of those that have helped myself and others like me to realise it in similar ways-
And thanks to all of you and the people supporting me IRL that have given such euphoria and acceptance.

Not sure what the reference to JK Rowling tweeter account has anything to do with it. Other than owning her books and the movies created from the books I know nothing about her, nor do I care.
Though I was peer pressured to create a tweeter account, back in 08 I think, I have never used it once, either by sending a tweet or looking at another person's tweet. I could not care any less about it that hours after creating the account I could not honestly tell you what name I used to create the account under. I just created the account just to make my friends to shut up about me finally creating a tweeter account.

Everyone has the right to their own opinion if we agree with it or not.
I could not really care any less what any celebrity's opinion is on, on any subject be that political or what they happen to like to eat for lunch. All I care about is that I enjoy what they are paid to create be that a movie, book, or anything else.
