One of the best scenes from Cowboy Bebop are set to that song. What can I say, I love the rain. Most of the time though, if I'm in the rain it's because I'm doing a job, and am basically numb to everything but my job.

i go out into the rain when im realy depressed and angry and listen to my favorite music,for some reason it always washes those horrible feelings away :3
