I'm off on an adventure!
Starting tomorrow, I'm travelling to the other side of the world to catch up with my sister in Europe.
I'll be away for a little over a month, and I won't have time to post new photos here, so I wanted an artwork to serve as a placeholder to let people know while I was gone.
And being a huge fan of Tintin since my early childhood, the choice was obvious.
Tintin was a huge role model growing up.
Courageous, quick-witted and always on the side of justice, his adventures provided an ideal of how life should be lived.
And while today, the whole genre of 'European man travels to foreign countries to fix their problems' is correctly seen as... problematic, I think there is still good in the stories that can be extracted and appreciated
So I'm still very much a fan of the series, and absolutely adore this artwork.

I'll see you all in a month or so, hopefully I won't have to get involved in with stopping any counterfeiters or drug-smugglers on the way 😝

P.S. This was commissioned before my gender identity crisis, which is why it features 'masc' Theta. However, with that hair, I think they give off great non-binary vibes, which I love.
