As an example of how much time I waste working on art that I end up scrapping, here's what was originally going to be one of the panels of Crypt of the Hungry Lich. I got as far as finishing up Butch's shading, but then I decided that I didn't like the way Butch wasn't actually tied to anything ... I just couldn't stop thinking about it, so ultimately I changed the poses entirely! ^^'
