Here we see Sophie having some fun with her progressively swelling diaper, letting it swell and consume her slowly. Earlier, Pampaku made this diaper, wanting to see his tiny siblings become diaper blobs for him to smoosh and cuddle up with, and Sophie happened to be nearby to he chose her to test his new diaper. Sophie happily accepted and once she put it on, it started swelling and getting plump and thick, making Sophie blush. Her diaper started getting a little too big for her dress so she decided to lift up her skirt to give her diaper some room to plump up. Afterwards, Sophie continued to let her diaper engulf her, while Pampaku watches, waiting to smoosh her once she fully blobs up.
