The outfit is so cute here! Penelope LOVES vintage clothing like this, it's a perfect fit for her! I really appreciate the color as well, greens are typically my favorite and I just don't get enough of them!
Her pose and little expression are just adorable here ;_; I really love it when characters hold their hands lifted up at the wrist like that, it's just a cute detail :D
