This is another character update I wanted to do for a while now.

This is Leeto, another older and lesser seen character of mine. Years ago, he started off as a hybrid of sorts, but with the update, he’s now a proper dragon, though a eastern/western mix.
Leeto’s history is kind of a mess, and due to personal stuff at the time, it’s one of the reasons why I really wanted to update him. His last update was back in 2012, but sadly I was never fully happy with how he turned out, so I finally took the time to give him a new update that I was happy with.

His clothing did stump me for a while, so I thank my friend Scruff for the help with that.
