I can think of a few outcomes seeing how the story is going as of right now it is expanding on the Bourne Family. If it goes into a few new arcs as it might in the future, I think there can be a couple ships that can 'set sail'
1) Quick x Shiro (Shiro essentially becomes the 'boobs' in Quick's growing harem)
2) Shiro x Olga (I see this one as more of a boss-employee type of relationship...with a few benefits)
3) Issy x Shiro (this one might be a stretch, but it could work if it has a decent backstory)

Sorry for the lateness, but there is another possibility that will probably break Pimsan1's heart yet it can happen. Shiro probably is a lesbian (or bisexual). The clue being with her talk with her mom Charlotte and her list of lesbians for Shiro
Shiro wants to go her own way to find love. She won't have it with Jazmine because the 'Ninja House' went bust. Seeing how well she gets along with Olga though, those two could possibly be the first lesbian couple in Rascals. That, or anyone with Izzy
