After a protest in East city demanding that foxes got equal rights as they do have in other cities, Xoda is walking back to his truck, but what he doesn't know is that in a few seconds he will be grabbed off the streets by Big Gun and detained in an alleyway, however Xoda might be let go if he can negoatiate a deal depending on what Big Gun wants.
If Big Gun isn't satisfied he may end up patting the fox down to check for anything he shouldn't have and if he's still not happy he may strip search the vulpine. If nothing is found after a "thorough" search he must release the fox unless he has reasonable grounds. Sadly foxes get a bad deal in East City which is why they will continue to fight against the system and demand change.
