I can be so cold sometimes... Still waiting for the Spring thaw.

This was really fun to colour. I used partially transparancy for the icicle linwork and raised part of it so that it would pass over the black lines underneath. The colours of the icicles are also partiall transparent. I made the mist with a large, barely visible brush then varied the hue with a colour changing tool.
