He is gorgeous. He may not have perfect conformation, but that doesn't make him any less pretty and his personality is so great and he's such a sweetheart.

He looks like one to smother you in kisses wherever, whenever?

He gives kisses, he also loves just laying in your lap and being petted. He's an angel in the car because he gets in and then lays down until you arrive at your destination. When I had been working with him in Stock Dog Club to try and train him to be a stock dog, I tripped over my own feet and I never had a hold of his leash, rather than bolting like lots of dogs are prone to doing, he stood there and nudged and licked me until I had gotten up.

Aww, bless him... Couldn't you go and get him? Like, take him home? Or are you going away too? >.<

Both myself and my girlfriend are heading home to Manitoba since she's done her college courses that she needed to graduate from her course out here. I want to take him home with me because he is my dog, but all I can really do is hope that no one decides to take him before I have to go home. They can take Sniper and Spy, but just not my Axel.

Just explain to her you don't want him gone... He's not hers to sell. No one can argue with someone wanting to keep their pets.

The problem being that she'll argue that we don't have the room to take any of the dogs back despite the pet carrier for a large breed dog that she bought.It seems that despite the fact that she has to get rid of her dogs, she wants to keep Spy rather than get rid of him. It's even worse because it's like my mom is agreeing with her giving away my dog.

Yeah, she's been pretty close to even selling my blue crowntail betta along with all of hers, good thing I always catch her when she does. However I had only known that she was selling her dogs and not mine until she said that someone was interested in taking Sniper and Axel.
