She always hated this. Not that she disliked dressing up, heading out to the club, and turning heads, far from it. But when she had to do a job and was chosen for it precisely because she could turn heads and draw attention. That is what she hated. But, they needed someone who could easily slip into a high-class club, gain the attention of famous social lights and quickly acquire the targets' information without suspicion. And so they chose her.
Perhaps she could still salvage this crumby evening. With luck, they’d let her keep the dress and boots and she’d perhaps get to kick the teeth of a drunken pig in once she finally gathered the intel. If the bastard would show up!
