This is a close up of one of the wings for http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4908898/ that shows more detail (sorry that it's still blurry x.x) AND it glowing. It's hard to see but the two claws glow a yellow/orange and the middle finger on the membrane glows green.
Made of latex and a bunch of other things.
