A mix of Kantonian Ninetales and Spectrier, Willobelle (or Willow) is one of many 'Legendary Hybrids' that live on a secluded isle. On the outside Willobelle is seen as a quiet and broody type, not really reaching out to others and often staying by her lonesome. Underneath this façade reveals who she truly is - a diabolical trickster. She holds a strong love of scaring and surprising others, using her abilities to get into out-of-reach places in order to get the jump on those unsuspecting of her. She also uses her abilities to create accidents and embarrassing situations from afar, not to mention she enjoys talking her Sisters - or daring them - into doing things that will ultimately end with them being humiliated. Although most of her Sisters have already grown wise to her tricks, there are still others who are unfortunately still targets for whatever scheme that will eventually cross her mind.
Although she rarely fights, Willobelle does possess a multitude of abilities. While not as physically strong as some of her Sisters, she is extremely nimble and fast - her speed allowing her to make it hard for others to keep a lock on her. She also manipulates spirit power, creating and manipulating wisps of flame to be utilized for whatever situation she desires. Her most common use for these wisps are creating phantom limbs and hands - said hands being capable of anything a hand could be used in a situation. Willobelle can also channel this power into her feet, allowing her to walk through the air as if by stepping on invisible stairs and platforms. Lastly she can also drain the vitality of those she's in direct contact with, something as simple as her grasping their body can allow her to drain them of all of their life force - the more contact she has with them, the faster she drains them. Thankfully she seldom uses her life-draining power due to her having little interest in killing others.
Note: Whenever the Sisters decide to explore the outside world, Willobelle is often the first to volunteer. Due to mortals being unaware of the existence of of the Legendary Fusions, it makes them prime targets for her tricks and pranks. Because of this, whenever it's decided that the Sisters want to go into the outside world, they do their best to make sure Willobelle isn't informed about it - and when she does discover that she was left out, they'll find that they will have a nice 'surprise' when they get back.
