I mean seriously, Galactic might as well just place a giant neon sign outside that says "COME ON IN AND ARREST US GUISE". And the police will certainly be able to as well, since the dozen or so mooks sitting at the front desk are like "hurp derp yeah just come on in i guess". Pbbbbbtth.

WELL TO BE HONEST I started working on part 21 at school yesterday, but I couldn't e-mail it to myself to finish at home because lolinternetshatout. So I started working on part 22 yesterday at home, and finished them both up today.

In my sleep deprived limbo right now, I actually just made sense of why Galactic has such an obtuse HQ.
Remember they were going to blow up and remake the world? And it pretty much ends up that they were going to do it in like, a day after the player starts? (from a gameplay standpoint) Thier reasoning could be summed as follows:
"There's no point trying to disguise it. Who cares if they know we're here?
They're already dead."
...Then the player comes and fucks it up. So yeah. They end up stuck with a building that looks like it could be used as a heavy-duty coatrack.

Why doesn't anyone tell Giovanni that hiding a switch behind a poster is a terrible idea anyway? Have you ever hung a poster over a hole in your wall? You can still tell it's under there by looking hard enough. He should have at least had the audacity to hide it in a book case like a proper cliche!
