Okay, so my friends will know, part of why I've spent so long without posting art is that in the past year, I've spent a pile of energy designing an animation pitch (and accompanying scripts, concept art, and bible) for Richard Roberts' book "Wild Children." Pinocchio meets Pulp Fiction.
I figure, despite it having a snowball's chance in hell of it getting made, it'll advertise me as someone capable of designing a diverse array of environments and worldbuilding.
And in this old-timey world, children are warned not to be naughty, or they'll be turned into animal children who never, ever grow up. It's the stories of "okay, what happens after you never grow up?" The donkey children are enslaved. The wolf children run in the woods forever, thick as thieves. Roll the dice. Be bad.
Walpurgis night. The one night where the wolves run wild in the town. Where your parents want you kept inside. Where your parents would break their hearts with grief if you ran away forever and never went home and never went to school again. Come on. Join us. (We have cookies! (The cookies are stolen.))

Ribnose , trills. The night has begun. Walpurgis. Come, children. I'll take thee away. Into the land of enchantment.
