Looks like the fight has two possible endings.
Ending A: Rolldozer totally flattens the dragon guy and gets a nice piece of art to hang in the museum.
Ending B: Dragon guy avoids getting crushed by bonking Rolldozer with a baseball bat. Rolldozer then proceeds to explode like any video game boss once he loses his last hit point.
