I suppose I never got around to doing what I had in mind. I originally planned on making a spread sheet of several outfits Iasha wore over the course of my personal story Overgrown Lands 2. In short, throughout the story her outfit changes according to her state of mind and spirit.

Basically that outfit is very clean, very pure and partly regal. Maybe not regal but that leather vest is also supposed to have a professional feel to it. In short in the beginning she was clean, confident, untainted, professional. She did what she believed in without hesitation.
The outfit here is what my mind calls her "Iasha Independent Outfit". In short something changed and she left out on her own. Her outfit has a tint of pink and flowers, indicating she returned to her roots to discover herself again. The wooden sandals over the gold bound slippers makes her stand taller, but more... how shall I say... in tune with what is around her rather than being against it.
I know some of this may sound a bit out there, but I tried hehe.

She looks very cool, I can remember the old pic of her as well. You have a very cool story for her and everything I am curious as to how the whole history and such happened. As for her outfits I like both pretty equally, And I think she looks very cool! What is their level of technology in that universe anyways?
18th Century roughly with some 19th thrown in. Steam powered ships, cannons, the works. One of her main roles in the story is to find inspiration and ideas to produce better weapons for the Edonese to fend off a Crusade of magic wielding humans called the Angles. This quest of invention takes her from her humble flint lock weapons to fast firing revolvers and repeaters. If I ever were to remotely produce this as some kind of tale, there is a big twist just waiting.
Sounds very awesome! So this takes place pretty much RIGHT at the start of the Industrial age then kinda, and big twists are always really good too. Looks like it would be a very entertaining story to read! :3 Oh and two more questions if you don't mind me asking: 1) What species exist and 2) What forms of land transportation do they use?

There are NO dragons, elves, or dwarves.
There ARE old fashioned horses. The Edonese Vulpines have access to ryuu-nekos.... I ripped off
dreamkeepers there XD.
Humans rely on a combination of magic and animals for transportation. Such as hovering horse pulled chariots.
Edonese rely on steam engines of varying degrees. The rest of the known races vary between old fashioned sails, steam, animals, and labor.
