There is debate, but it's clear that there is a main cervix, but before it another cervix or "pseudo cervix" as well as a large network of helping muscles and stuff. Still the second cervix is the main feature that stops wild dolphins from getting unwanted pregnancies. This can be seen in as far as anyone has been able to document incestuous pregnancy in dolphins only happens in captivity where the disruption caused a far far deduced sexual activity and overall mental health rate, both of which could contribute to the inability to use the built in contraceptive features (ie lack of practice, rape, lack of will to try, ect ect)
