I can confirm as I purchased some of the original rule books years ago. The materials contained some art showing the possible "outcomes" including a provocative lass with a snow leopard pattern. Her face leaned a bit more towards the classic ThunderCats look having elven ears and human lips, but at least she had a plush tail and a nose pad.
Ah, found the example!

shadowrun 5e offers something I think is called "Transgenetic Alteration" or something (I use the german version) where they use tailor-cut viruses to alter the flesh without surgery. provided by a smallish, but very active bioengineering company a lot is possible. from gender change, added muscles and skin protection, altering faces, to reinforcing other parts and of course, animkal face, legs, tail and fur (or scales, or feathers), the question is if you have the funds and the time, as a very thorough atleration takes up to three months.
I build myself a white lion character, who's a freelance musician (speed, thrash, black metal) and multiinstrumentalist, and uses the occasional shadowrun for extra funds and inspiration (as per the "Rocker" archetype from 3e). it's expensive, but it works. :)

crazy details, crazy atmosphere and overall looks, and of course, Z being sassy. XD
those must be the most topcases I've ever seen mounted on a bike... :) interesting car, too.
btw, if you look for futuristic designs, Matchbox used to release some interesting vehilces in the 70's and 80's. :) or some of the more absurd Hot Wheels designs. XD
