It seems Enorach is trying to use his fancy attire and his new shiny armor to impress someone... not to mention his giant sword! Are you seduced yet?!
Jokes aside, the main purpose of this drawing was to test some new techniques to render the reflective surface of the armor. Doing all of that with watercolor was NOT easy, and it took quite a lot of time, but I think it was definitely a success. I'm really happy with how this turned out, I have to say! ^^

He even has a protective wrap on his tail: this cat's fully armored indeed!
I think you did a great job with the armor, and I appreciate that doing it in watercolor must have been tricky. I especially like that Enorach's armor isn't all chrome-shiny perfect; the dents and scuffs are a beautiful touch! I'm sure each one has a story... ^_^

Absolutely gorgeous work, but you know, I can't help but think...
...would he or wouldn't he want extra-fancy cloth on the tail as well? I'm absolutely stealing that padded tail sleeve idea, naturally, but if you're in your best carousing armour, and you've got that much tail, would it not make sense to style it up some too?

Two handed swords of that era were mainly used in pike vs pike formations, along with helberds. It seems their main function was to disrupt the enemy formation, allowing the friendly pikemen to do their stabby job.
All in all, these swords were not too heavy, rarely over 3 kilos (not counting the super heavy cerimonial ones that were mainly for show)

Pristine Plate Armor: +22 DEF; +24 CHA
Dandy's Ensemble: +3 DEF; +25 CHA
Pristine Zweihander: +30 ATK; +20 CHA
Total Stats: 25 DEF; 30 ATK; 69 CHA.
...
Lol, dorky attempt at a joke aside, this technique you did for the armor is lovely and impressive. :)
Was this the same sort of thing you did for that "Winter Mist" piece, or is this a different technique?
Whatever the case, splendid work. :D

Love this piece!
The technique, the outfit, the pose, the look on his face....perfection!
All that's missing are some squealing/feinting maidens in the background.
Also, speaking of "giant swords", never has this video been more appropriate.
