Yesterday we said goodbye to our oldest Big Momma, Kisa. She told us she was ready and couldn't fight anymore. She was a few weeks shy of turning 21. She was a solid, constant love in our lives for so long. It's hard to know that she's gone. She crossed the Rainbow Bridge and is whole again.

Thank you so much. That's what took her in the end. We managed it for years, but she finally reached end-stage and couldn't fight anymore.

It's so hard losing a companion that's been around for so long, but then, there was still 20-odd years of life, love and clearly wonderful memories. I am so sorry for your loss and hope those good memories never fade.
