Taking advice from Rocky, Hugo takes Draco on a little camping trip. They spent the day setting up the tent, swimming in the nearby lake and had a nice campfire supper. Now they’re having dessert, s’mores. Draco’s enjoying this camping trip, Hugo’s happy to do something fun that he liked too. “Oh boy, s’mores are the best!” Draco excitedly exclaimed.

“Well I haven’t had one in years, so I’ll have to explore memory lane with my tastebuds.” Hugo chuckled. The lion has been wearing a hoodie after it got colder. “They seem to be ready now.”

“I agree.” Draco and Hugo take their marshmallows outta the fire and place them between the Celebration cookies they prepared. They now eat their s’mores, sparkles appear in Hugo’s eyes.

“Man, this is so good!” Hugo’s eats the whole s’more in a follow up bite. “I completely forgot how good these are!”

“I agree, hehe.” Draco chuckles at seeing Hugo childishly ready for an other s’more. Soon Hugo had eaten about one dozen s’mores while Draco had four. Now resting on the grass, Draco and Hugo watch the starry sky above them, with the neo-dragon using the lion’s belly as a pillow. “Such a beautiful thing to see, billions of stars burning for almost eternity.”

“Yeah little buddy, you can’t get this in the big cities. The darn lights cloak them all up.” Hugo chuckles, making Draco bounce a bit on his belly. Hugo reacts with a quick grab with his arm. “Sorry about, you alright up there?”

“Oh I’m fine.” Draco giggled, he then lets out yawn. Hugo let’s out a yawn too, stretching his body while holding on to his little buddy. Hugo looks at his watch and reads the time.

“It’s getting pretty late Draco, we outta hit the hay huh?”

“Yeah, gotta have the enough sleep for another big day tomorrow.” Draco leaps off Hugo’s belly as the big lion gets up. Draco picks up the nearby bucket of water and is about to put out the smouldering charcoals.

“Hold it Draco, we can always start a new fire with the burning charcoals tomorrow for breakfast.” Hugo tells him.

“Oh yeah, good idea.” Draco puts the bucket down. The duo enter the tent together and Hugo zips the opening closed. Draco sets up Hugo’s pillow on the inflatable mattress they already inflated. Hugo lays himself down on it and gets himself comfortable.

“Alright buddy, c’mon up.” Hugo gestures. Draco climbs up and lays on Hugo’s belly. Both yawn together.

“Thank you for this camping trip Hugo.”

“Not a problem Draco.” Hugo gently scruffs Draco’s head. “Goodnight.”

“Good night.” Draco and Hugo fall asleep peacefully. Nothing but the crickets making humble noises in the distance.
