Finally posting something not related to Blender but related to Spyro. I had sketched a few dragons before buying my new Mac and waited till I found a new program to work these on. Honestly, I wanna thank  K3ttlechips for suggesting Krita, an excellent replacement for Photoshop! It works just like Photoshop but functions a lot better and faster, even providing new features on it like various brushes to work with.

So this is actually a redraw of my character Zephyros. Remember him? My large dragon I used in my five page artwork of him being impregnated by Facehuggers? Great BTW, although the story/description was horrible. But I recently wanted to remake those pages and him in general. I just thought he'd fit more in the Spyro universe if anything so I changed his design to fit that. I made him more of an earth dragon and chose colors for his outfit that wouldn't clash with his skin color. I even changed his name from Zephyros to Malachite. I thought Malachite sounded way better and fit his character, which is very gentle and caring but intimidating if threatening something he loves dearly. As a Spyro character, I gave him a unique role as a wildlife rehabilitator along with studying and nurturing various species eggs that are otherwise abandoned.

Story wise, he was born wingless due to some deformity. He also is unable to lay eggs. These two things makes him a bit of an outcast by the other dragons and thus he decided to leave to the Forgotten Realms. There, he built a small laboratory and dedicated his time and efforts to aid the creatures around and care for them like his own.
