Here is the PSD base of where you make it to designers, jewellery etc. but there are some formalities to clear up:

1#. It is not used for NSFW.
2#. If you change something about it or something else, then ask me beforehand if I agree, it's also important to be patient until I answer.
3#. You can sell it as Adopt, Custom or Commission, but if you call the base your work, credit me as the maker of this base.
4#. It is allowed to give the base to your friend if he has no points or money. Besides, it's proper for friends to share with each other.
