Kwonyu is a young, 28 year old wondering sunwalker. The reason for his departure from the familiar homelands was the result of a vision, seen during the rite of wisdom, to allow him to protect his people and learn of the wonders of mother earth.

Kwonyu with a rather stern look is pointing his weapon, fish bane towards the viewer. The weapon was passed down many generations, with the pole being initially used as part of a spear used for fishing. On the balde there are incised names of the previous owners of the weapon.
