Time to ring in the joyous season with a bit of festive choral music!
So, from all of us in the quintet, here's a madrigal by John Bennet!

Soprano ~ Alto ~ Tenor ~ Bass ~ Choirmaster/Bass
And the choir we're with is singing too!
Text:
All creatures now are merry minded,
The shepherd's daughters playing,
the nymphs are falalaing.
Yon bugle was well winded.
At Oriana's presence each thing smileth.
The flow'rs themselves discover,
Birds over her do hover,
Music the time beguileth,
See where she comes,
with flow'ry garlands crowned,
Queen of all queens reknowned.
Then sang the shepherds and nymphs of Diana,
"Long live fair Oriana!"
I hope you all enjoy

Ah, merci infiniment! Yes, jolly and merry music, to accompany dance and ... not song, that's our job!
Hehe, I don't think that Christmas are always sung as well as they could be! We'll be doing a few... with authentic ancient English pronunciation!
And good luck with your French singing! As long as you don't do Frère Jaques... =P

Oh, this is nothing! We've sung pieces that reeked with minor seconds D= (I mean.. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4786753/ D: D= DX)
Thank you!!!
Thank you!!!
Oh, I actually meant tight as in how in tune the intervals are, not their size. XD Sorry, slang I picked up from my last choir leader.
...And that other song is amazing to me. :D Hits a lot of personal likes for me; Strong contrasts in volume, droning, minor intervals. Some of the louder harmonies are just beautiful.
I honestly can't understand how you don't have more watchers on here. I think I'm going to have to do some advertising for you once I get my next piece done and uploaded. :D Ya'll deserve it.

Ah! Yeah, I've heard that phrase being used like that before, but you must excuse us, as we're not English! D=
Hehe, that piece is really something, I'm very surprised that it's so unknown! The louder parts use the most intricate chords!!! <3
Classical music ain't too popular with the under thirty year olds! Hehe, thank you! You're too kind, but we're not really here for popularity, more for the community~

Yea, my generation is slightly broken, as evidenced by the popularity of Soulja Boy being on the radio...
Sorry if I implied that you were here for the popularity, I just meant that I know people with less stellar performances that have a lot more views, strangely. And I feel more people should hear your awesomeness. :D

It's that darn climate change there, I bet ya!
I hope that I'll see some in Europe when I go tomorrow! (That means access to a larger ensemble!!! And we're going to do a concert cycle of medieval Christmas music, so woo! =D )
Thank you! We hope that it brought a bit o' good old cheer to ye!
