Hi guys, lately I was thinking about quitting drawing for several reasons. First of all, my art style is very basic compared to other artists, whether it's artists on Amino, Deviantart or other sites. My style is so basic I still don't know how to draw other things, like houses, other types of animals, objects like a chair, table, bookcase, key, television... Not to mention the fact that I don't know how to draw cars, planes and much less shading.

Second, traditional art is losing a lot of space for digital art. To give you an idea, on Deviantart and here on Furaffinity, my drawings were never successful. Like, my drawings didn't get much engagement, at most they only get 3 likes, 5 likes, 1 comment, 2 comments and the worst: They don't get any of them. I know there are drawings that I did that were really successful on Deviantart, but these drawings only gained a lot of engagement due to the fact that these drawings are drawings of the stories I created, that is, people only liked and commented because they liked my stories.

Okay, on Amino my drawings gained a lot of engagement and such, but none of these drawings gained feature, besides the fact that users of Amino prefer digital arts than drawings made on paper. And the worst of all is that there are some artists who make drawings on paper and are still successful today because their arts are very cool, very well done, very detailed and so on, unlike my drawings, which are far inferior compared to the arts of these artists.

So I decided to stop drawing for a while, take a break from it all. But that doesn't mean I'm going to stop drawing forever, I'm planning on taking a digital art course, possibly next year. So I'll be able to learn to shade and draw things that I still don't know how to draw, as I said before. As I'm going to take a break, I decided to make one last drawing on paper, but this drawing had to have a really badass painting to close it with a flourish.

Then I had the idea of ​​draw my second fursona, Austro, alongside two great furry artists that I admire a lot and who were the inspiration for his creation, Thanshuhai and Silverfox5213. Initially, I was really going to draw the old version of their fursonas, as the old version of Thanshuhai and Silverfox5213 fursonas served as inspiration when I went to create Austro. However, I decided to change my mind, as I wanted to try to draw the current version of their fursonas, in addition to the fact that I had already drawn the old version of their fursonas some time ago.

It was kind of hard to draw Thanshuhai and Silverfox5213's fursonas, as I've never drawn a sergal in my life and I'm not used to drawing cute animals. To make this drawing, I had based on their art style. As I couldn't paint, I needed someone to paint this drawing for me, and that the painting was very well done.

I didn't know who could help me finish this drawing, so I asked Hekell if he could digitally paint my drawing, which he accepted. After some time of waiting, today Hekell finally finished painting the drawing for me. He took a long time to finish the painting because my art style is very different from his art style and because of that, he was having difficulties painting my drawing. So he had the idea of ​​mixing my style with his style.

But it was really worth the wait because the painting of my drawing turned out incredibly wonderful! Man, the drawing turned out really good! I loved the painting, shading and mixing of our art styles. This is one of the best drawings I've ever done and it's all thanks to Hekell, who played a very important role in bringing this drawing to life.

Also, Hekell said that my style is perfect the way it is, even though my style is basic compared to many artists. Oi pessoal, ultimamente eu estava pensando em parar de desenhar por vários motivos. Primeiro de tudo, o meu estilo de arte é muito básico se comparado com outros artistas, seja artistas do Amino, do Deviantart ou de outros sites. O meu estilo é tão básico eu ainda não sei desenhar outras coisas, como casas, outros tipos de animais, objetos como cadeira, mesa, estante, chave, televisão... Sem contar o fato de que eu também não sei desenhar carros, aviões e muito menos sombrear.

Segundo que a arte tradicional está perdendo muito espaço para a arte digital. Pra se ter uma ideia, no Deviantart e aqui no Furaffinity, os meus desenhos nunca faziam sucesso. Tipo assim, os meus desenhos não ganhavam muito engajamento, no máximo só ganham 3 likes, 5 likes, 1 comentário, 2 comentários e o pior: Não ganham nenhum dos dois. Eu sei que tem desenhos que eu fiz que realmente fizeram sucesso no Deviantart, mas esses desenhos só ganhavam muito engajamento devido ao fato desses desenhos serem desenhos das histórias que eu criei, ou seja, as pessoas só deram like e comentaram porque eles gostaram das minhas histórias.

Tudo bem que no Amino os meus desenhos ganharam bastante engajamento e tal, mas nenhum desses desenhos ganharam destaque, além do fato dos usuários do Amino preferirem artes digitais do que desenhos feitos no papel. E o pior de tudo é que existem alguns artistas que fazem desenhos no papel e até hoje fazem sucesso porque as artes deles são muito fodas, muito bem feitas, bem detalhadas e etc., ao contrário dos meus desenhos, que são muito inferiores se comparado com as artes desses artistas.

Então eu resolvi parar de desenhar por algum tempo, dar uma pausa nisso tudo. Mas isso não significa que eu vou parar de desenhar pra sempre, eu estou planejando fazer um curso de arte digital, possivelmente no ano que vem. Assim eu vou poder aprender a sombrear e desenhar coisas que até hoje eu não sei desenhar, como eu disse anteriormente. Como eu vou dar uma pausa, resolvi fazer um último desenho no papel, mas esse desenho tinha que ter uma pintura muito foda pra fechar com chave de ouro.

Daí eu tive a ideia de desenhar o meu segundo fursona, Austro, ao lado de dois grandes artistas furry que eu admiro muito e que foram a inspiração na criação dele, Thanshuhai e Silverfox5213. Inicialmente, eu realmente iria desenhar a versão antiga dos fursonas deles, já que a versão antiga dos fursonas de Thanshuhai e Silverfox5213 serviram de inspiração quando eu fui criar o Austro. Porém, resolvi mudar de ideia, já que eu queria tentar desenhar a versão atual dos fursonas deles, além do fato de eu já ter desenhado as versões antigas dos fursonas deles algum tempo atrás.

Foi meio difícil desenhar os fursonas de Thanshuhai e Silverfox5213, já que eu nunca desenhei um sergal na minha vida e não sou muito habituado a desenhar bichinhos fofos. Pra fazer esse desenho, eu havia me baseado no estilo de arte deles. Como eu não podia pintar, precisava de alguém pra pintar esse desenho pra mim, e que a pintura fosse muito bem feita.

Eu não sabia quem poderia me ajudar a finalizar esse desenho, então fui pedir pro Hekell se ele podia pintar o meu desenho no digital, no qual ele aceitou. Após algum tempo de espera, hoje o Hekell finalmente terminou de pintar o desenho pra mim. Ele havia demorado de finalizar a pintura pois o meu estilo de arte é muito diferente com o estilo de arte dele e por causa disso, ele estava com dificuldades. Então ele teve a ideia de mistura o meu estilo com o estilo dele.

Mas valeu muito a pena esperar porque a pintura do meu desenho ficou incrivelmente maravilhosa!Mano, o desenho ficou muito bom! Amei a pintura, o sombreamento e a mistura dos nossos estilos de arte. Esse é um dos melhores desenhos que eu já fiz e tudo isso foi graças ao Hekell, que desempenhou um papel muito importante pra dar vida à esse desenho.

Além disso, Hekell disse que o meu estilo é perfeito do jeito que é, mesmo que o meu estilo seja básico se comparado com vários artistas. Ele me disse tantas palavras lindas e motivacionais que deixaram tão feliz que fiquei sem palavras. Muito obrigado por ter feito essa collab comigo, Hekell!
