Will tried on a pair of underwear, but Wisp doesn't like it. As hard as he tries though, Wisp can't seem to free Will from those tacky underpants. Honestly if I was Wisp, I'd just let it go. I mean, you try removing pants from a big lumpy rotund Dragonite whose scaly hide is ticklish at the slightest touch.
