Another one trying to give second life for old MLP OC.
And yes: it's the same character, just two different designs (mostly because I didn't used her few years, someday one person asked me to use her firework cutie mark, so I make new CM and changed design). But I thought it will be interesting to make two different OCs (maybe as sisters or cousins).
