This weapon is for  poke5869’s future OC 41

41’s custom made E-liter styled after him, the Aquascope is perfect for a sniper like him. It is capable of firing both water blasts and diaper floof blasts, giving 41 some variety in his attacks. With the water blasts, 41 can make it home in on unsuspecting enemies making the Aquascope an almost never-miss water sniper. The real fun comes with the diaper floof blasts, capable of instantly turning targets into massive diaper blobs, giggly farty and feeling silly overall, which is 41’s way of having some poofy fun. And of course, holding down the trigger to charge the shot causes the blast radius to increase, making it able to hit multiple targets more easily.
