Scanner is still not behaving - have yet to get around to fixing it yet. Anyways so yeah the albedo of the lines could only be adjusted so much via curves.

Whats with all the hyena lately? Another artist friend of mind has been drawing a lot of them lately too.
This is a good sketch. Noticed a couple of things though: The spots should be more like stripes and only on its arms, legs and hind quarters. The ears need to be much longer and broader, the muzzle a bit longer and much narrower, and the paws, well, they just need to be more hoofy. Oh, wait; You weren't trying to draw an Okapi were you? Then I guess for a Cornivore species its absolutely equitable in every way.
