RiP Disaster NPC. March 2022-September 2022.
Janeria Halfelven got the final blow against an enemy with a rather terrible contingency. Upon death, they cast a designation spell. Unbelievably, Neira failed her save (WITH A +7 FOR DEX SAVES WTF???) and there were no other ways to save her, as we didn't have a counterspell, or a spell slot that high if we did have one. Neira is gone, and we held a funeral for her in session. We are currently looking into ways to remedy her untimely demise.
Don't worry, she'll be back and punching things again soon.
