Karen may have worked the local populace into an angry mob with her increasing draconic form, she should have known, the snack shed wasn't free...but she was so hungry...and she only took a few...ok nearly a dozen of the Mooing morsels.
Trying to explain was a moot point, she had only been able to roar and growl for days, and now that she was fully grown most people ran away before she could even think of scratching anything in the dirt.
Thankfully, these townsfolk didn't seem too familiar with their Forrest, and the pile of logs Karen managed to pile up went unnoticed as they walked by shouting angrily for vengeance.

And she has picked up five on her travels to try and cure the first one. Four of which(Dragon, Deer, Fox, and Velociraptor) Have been mostly cured, only occasionally popping up if given the right circumstances. Her main curse has remained unchanged, and she still becomes a horse...a lot :P

Considering her size and that she was strong enough to stack tree trunks like that if the villagers did find her it would probably be a case of be careful what you wish for. She does show amazing body awareness in knowing just how to conceal all her massive length and height!

Karen might be grumpy, but she knows those villagers are just upset at the sudden uptick in mysterious livestock disappearance, she would probably just fly away :P
She's also been turned into a dragon more times than she would care to admit, so she's not unfamiliar with her full-size dimensions, and her knack for creative clothing options when she just can't squeeze into her human ones has given her a lot of experience in making do with what she's got.
