"Hey, I'm just going to borrow that...forever!"

This agile mouse is as quick with a quip as he is with tech. A talented gymnast who can hack past the security systems of those who don't think he deserves all their stuff (he does). His mask is driven by LEDs, projecting a digital manifestation of his true expression underneath. As snarky as he is slim, he makes use of a whip and little throwable techno-discs that can zap, emit piercing sounds, and even release gas.

Cypher falls into the roguish category - preferring to steal from the very wealthy, the very evil, or both! He's even been known to divert some of his scores to the poor and downtrodden. He'd never truly hurt anyone, but he's not above a little mischievous fun with any heroes or fellow villains who might get in his way.
