Hehe, Otter awesomeness aside, this is another really nice pic ^______^ Just gotta work on the water... Kinda looks like a blue sheet... But liquid is a whole other can of worms so far as traditional drawing goes... Actually... transparency in general is a pain in the butt... You did the ripples around the otters nicely, but you should try spreading those out to the whole surface. Wouldn't be perfect, but, like i said, water's a pain in the butt.

You're right. The water is not that nice xD This is one thing I have to work on. But this time I concentrated on the otters ;) Thanks for the hints anyway :D
