While Ondamar prefers to solve prpblems with Words, Wits, and the occasional magic spell, there comes a time where Diplomacy fails and one has to fight for their life. Especially when pursuing a rogue Dragon. Luckily, Ondamar is ready to take on any challange with their infinite Compendium of spells, the Scroll of Translocation and of cours, their trusted Rapier, Frostbite.

Frostbite was a gift from another world, the precise origin Ondamar refuses to elaborate on. The blade is perplexingly made of pure Ice, maintained by a staggering amount of magical Enchantments and Infusions. It seems this Sword was formed by Accident, and ever since then, people sought to maintain it.

The different enchantements interlock and fortify each other, another lucky coincidence. The Blade is cooled to a permanent -75° Celsius, Fire resistant up to and including Dragonfire, and virtually unbreakable.

That a sword made of Ice ends up in the hands of Ondamar, the Hydrosoph was just the last lucky event.
