Oh wow! I wasn't expecting to see the other students again so soon, but I'm glad they made a cameo here! And you have every right to love how this page turned out, especially the top panel. It is *GORGEOUS*. You really captured the spirit of anime/manga in that panel, where they somehow manage to take a mundane, everyday setting and somehow make it look magical. x3
Plus I love seeing Bill all excited again, and handsome Tao, as well as flirty Pina (I see he's found a new girl to have a conquest with, lol) and chipper Dom! x3 I see the place where they're at is called "LimeLight", a VERY fitting name for a group of theater brats! XD

Well thankfully the rest of it was light on the characters but yeah that top one was tricky, drawing characters so small in the backgrounds was always tough for me x3

Yay, most of my favourites from the club are back besides Mokichi and Fudge. I wonder if they're with them or not or they're on the other side of Tao and Bill's table? Also you mention Kibi in the tags, but I don't see him unless?...Could that be his snout pointing upwards between the cat girl and Dom? I notice lines coming out of a shape that could be Kibi's snout. hehe

Yeah that is his little snout to the right of the cat girl and Pina haha, glad you caught it! Mokichi and Fudge are around, just couldn't fit them all in the shot, they are probably to the left of Bill, who might have had a little too much to drink so he is all over the place and excited.
As for why Louis would say it I don't want to really reveal my reasoning. Stuff like that is more up to the viewer to interpret, since it can be seen in a few ways :3
