It makes more sense when you realize the Cohozuna is straight up called Yokozuna in Japanese material and Cohock is called Dosukoi - a generic shout of sumo wrestlers. So in other words, people would have made more sumo art of the Cohock if it was named more like how it was named in Japanese.
