Hey, is it me, or have I been redesigning https://www.deviantart.com/hasele 's characters a lot this year?

Oh, well. I know TUFF OCs with potential when I see them, and he's got a lot of them (possibly more than me ^^; ). For example, here's the notorious crime boss of the Petropolis underworld Don Grouper, and he's hired a few cronies into his mafia gang to make sure his enemies are sleepin' with the fishes (see what I did there? ;) ).
Among the villains he has in his group are the mysterious cold-blooded assassin the Hooded Lizard, the lovely the lovely yet sneaky looking bird of prey the White Vultress, the mad walrus scientist Dr. Blubberman, the big woolly axe-wielding warrior the Baaaaaaa-Barian, the pointy and deadly Spiky Punk, and the mean ol' canine with some serious bite, the Big Bad Dog (no relation to DOOM's Bad Dog, though).

Something tells me that TUFF's gonna have their hands full with these guys.
