Chakats are notorious for naming themselves literally.

Yes, shi should. Given that that seems to be the norm on the various pictures shi has over on hir page.

It also looks like hir tail is too short, a rule of thumb is that an adult chakat should be able to easily touch hir tail to hir front hips without bending hir lower torso.

You know that the light that comes from behind let the tail looks a bit bleached otherwise you have to see the proportions
My tail is long enough to touch my hips ^^
