I actually like his metal jockstrap/loincloth/tasset/whatevercrotchguard it is, gives him something to stand out (just like Wargreymon does).

Your beef-work truly shines here, the star aspect being the highlights on both the muscles and armor, you implementing appropriate techniques for either surface. The muscles themselves look natural, giving that pleasant shape and size. I also like how you gave him just enough armour to show off his muscles yet still keeping things "appropriate" (and giving us a little treat of his armour, since I like his armour, as well). His expression actually rather fits with the theme, him just standing there while any onlooker takes a gaze. I also took notice of the colour-matching glow you gave the background.

Well, to be precise: the background color was the thing that I had to quickly decide, as I tend to suck at making backgrounds, so I went with his colour scheme and gradients to make it simple yet something to fill the pic up.
